We remember vividly the many questions and concerns we had about the alpaca business when we were contemplating buying animals. Perhaps the most important service we provide those new to the business is addressing your questions and concerns to help you decide if raising alpacas will be as rewarding for you as it is for us. After that, we will help you find the right animals, either here at Mirror Lake or at one of our many colleagues' ranches. In addition, we provide breeding services to our magnificent herdsires, boarding of animals, animal transporting, and barn/pasture design consultation. We will be happy to assist you in getting your animals sheared each year and provide you with advice in how to utilize your clip, including guaranteeing we will purchase the raw fiber of any animal we sell you!  Not many breeders will make this offer!
